Frequently asked questions
Before you start
Is it only for weddings?
No. Tinvito works for any event: birthdays, baptisms, baby showers, graduations, anniversaries, parties, seminars, launches and corporate events, among others.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The invitation opens directly in the browser from the link they receive.
Which languages are available?
Spanish, English, German, Portuguese, Italian and French. Each guest sees the invitation in their language and gets it on WhatsApp with a message in that language.
Can I edit it after publishing?
Yes. Changes appear on the same link, with no need to send a new invitation.
How is the location shared?
You can enter the address and adjust the exact spot on the map. The invitation will offer access to Google Maps and Waze.
What size should the photos be?
We recommend portrait images of at least 1,600 × 2,000 px for covers and landscape images of 1,920 × 1,080 px for sections. It is not mandatory: you can upload other proportions and adjust the framing.
Does each guest get a different link?
Yes. The link identifies the person or family, their available seats and their answer.
What happens after the event?
The dashboard stays available for thirty days. If you need more time, you can extend it.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can increase capacity or duration by paying the difference, without rebuilding the invitation.
